GMB London Region are currently seeking to fill a vacancy for a Communications Assistant/General Support based at London Regional Office in Hendon.
The successful candidate will provide a full reception service and provide general support as requested by the Line Manager.
The successful post-holder’s tasks and duties will include:
- Handling all telephone enquiries, communications and visitors in a professional and polite manner that portrays a good image of GMB
- Informing relevant people of all visitors and deliveries to the building
- Providing admin support and research information for the recruitment teams as required to assist them in their projects
- Supervision of the post room, publicity items and stationery
- You may be required to occasionally cover these duties at other London Region Offices, such as Hayes or Hainault.
