GMB North-East, Yorkshire & Humber Region has a vacancy for a Support Worker to join their team working collaboratively in the Region’s Sheffield office.
The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support needs of the Sheffield officers, as well as working closely and collaboratively with the wider regional team, to ensure a smooth and efficient running of all regional business.
This is a dynamic role that will allow the successful candidate to be actively involved in all areas of the region’s activities, including supporting the teams out on demonstrations and campaigns, and taking a leading role in handling all aspects of the Sheffield’s office team’s social media activity.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a strong multi-tasker
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have strong administrative skills and experience
- Be highly organised with a high degree initiative
- Possess strong IT skills
